I'm a Solution-Focused, Emotional, and Somatic Hypnotherapist. I am a member of the GHR (General Hypnotherapy Register) and I have worked in Humanistic Psychotherapy. I am currently a Registered Nurse with almost 30 years experience, which gives me a deep understanding of both the mind and the body.
My goal in Hypnotherapy is to help you connect with your inner strengths, work through emotional blocks, and find practical ways forward, at a pace that feels right for you. I have a special interest in mental health, having nursed and counselled the homeless. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, stress, phobias, low self-esteem, or feeling stuck in some area of life, I provide a safe and supportive space for healing and transformation.

%Highly recommend Gill. After two sessions with her, and the use of an audio track she provided I feel like I've made some really positive strides at addressing my reliance on sugar. My thought process has been rewired and I'm feeling the benefits physically, mentally and emotionally. My cholesterol level was verging on concerning but latest bloods indicate I've started to reverse that worry.
Gill helped me to quit smoking with only 2 sessions. Even on my most stressful days I don't feel the need for a cigarette anymore. It's been nearly 4 months and I couldn't feel better. The best part is that I don't feel the cravings for sweets and I feel great!!
