  About Me

My name is Gill Melia

I'm a Solution-Focused, Emotional, and Somatic Hypnotherapist. I am a member of the GHR (General Hypnotherapy Register) and I have worked in Humanistic Psychotherapy. I am currently a Registered Nurse with almost 30 years experience, which gives me a deep understanding of both the mind and the body.

My goal in Hypnotherapy is to help you connect with your inner strengths, work through emotional blocks, and find practical ways forward, at a pace that feels right for you. I have a special interest in mental health, having nursed and counselled the homeless. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, stress, phobias, low self-esteem, or feeling stuck in some area of life, I provide a safe and supportive space for healing and transformation.

As we progress, we'll take time to review what's been achieved, reflect on your growth, and identify any ongoing needs or next steps. It is always open to refocus down the line.
